He has extensive knowledge in colonial retracement surveys as well as PLSS boundary retracements.  Jesse can help you with all of your boundary surveys (Record of Surveys, Property Line Adjustments, Partition Plats, and Subdivisions), centerline and right-of-way establishment, easement and dedications documents, preparation of legal descriptions, static GNSS baseline processing, control networks.  Jesse is also proficient with a variety of computer-aided civil design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3d, Bentley MicroStation, Trimble Business Center, Leica suite of software, and more.
